I don't know his name on the TSR site. And, it's a real accent. He's a good dude, just likes to stir up shit on message boards.
I had a sneaking suspicion around a few months ago, but wasn't sure until the last month or so. Reading posts going "who is this doucher... sounds familiar..."
Yep. The "VT bike nights new venue" thread. It didn't really hit nuclear-status like I was hoping however Doc is replying as I type this. EDIT: Oh this should be good. Been 10 minutes now since he started replying...
We just rounded the corner now that Doc has replied. Nuclear status has been achieved! OH SHIT!!! They have e-mails!
Damn... I had to go check it out. That Doc dude seems... douche-ish. "My" bike night???? Organizing bike nights is a business endeavor?
Well, kiss that fun goodbye. Gigi - 3 outta 10 for a forum with roughly 100 fully active members? I'd say that's not bad at all.
Yeah, I've seen various older posts. Craziness. Amazing how that drama is still there but this stuff gets canned. Weren't there t-shirts made for him at one point...."I hate Adam Vella" or something?
There was one auctioned off back in 2005. I paid $200 for it. Others popped up around the country. I like how WERA has the 30 minute edit window. After the time is up, you can't change anything unless you beg a moderator to change it. Usually they won't. Mongo feels that if you post stupid shit, you should be stuck with it for all to see.
only 100? Damn. You guys ever share bike nights with the folks in AZ? Because of the 100 members I'll raise it to 6 out of 10.
There is so much more to it I couldn't put it in one post. It would have to be experienced in order to be fully understood. He's a member here, BTW. I did manage to save all the dialogue prior to the thread getting...umm...."altered". I imagine some day it will surface again..... I like it until I see that I made a stupid spelling mistake or left out an entire word. Outside of that, I LOVE how nothing gets deleted here.....absolutely love it! People can be (and are) held accountable for things they say. Something that is getting lost in the world of edits and delete buttons.
