I'm not discouraging them from posting; I was (half) jokingly proposing that they should remember that they ARE the fastest dudes in the country, and are (at least on some level) public-figures.

When your actions and words are held up to more scrutiny than most people's, it's prudent to plan them carefully, and have a damage-control plan in place when your planning fails.

Much easier not to say anything and even then, people will still put words in your mouth and proceed to argue with and judge you because of it.

However, I am only impressed when you back it up with your actions.
