1999 Ford E-350 extended van 7.3L Powerstroke

So I bought this van last winter because I thought I needed more room to haul all the people that were going racing with me(Me, wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs, mom/dad, and a couple freinds). Long story short; parents are divorcing, wife is in a wheelchair, friends are broke, and I am again traveling alone. Normally I would just throw the bikes in the back of the van and hit the road, but I have a truck that I pull my trailer with otherwise that is not going anywhere. So the moral of the story is the van can go away. Here is what I have

1999 Ford E-350
extended chassis
7.3L powerstroke diesel
automatic transmission
170k miles
clean title
Former MI state vehicle(very well maintained)
cargo body
seating for 15 passengers
rubber flooring for easy cleanup
metal finished walls and ceilings
bars on the windows to keep the prisoners in and out(was a prison van for MI)
2 x 12V celing vents (fart fans for the prisoners I guess)
dual a/c and heat
fresh tune up (oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, etc)
super clean in and out
runs like a top(my dads 7.3L has 250K on it and runs like new)
4:10 rear gears for great towing
brand new 10K lb receiver hitch
gray cloth seats
tires 50% or more
white exterior
You can leave one set of bench seats behind the two front seats and still fit 2 race bikes and all your stuff in the back! Room galore...

1. You can expect 15MPG or so depending on how you drive.

2. Yes all stock

3. The guy I bought it from had the maintenance contract for the county in MI in which he lived. He maintained all of their vehicles and bought most of them as the county was ready to retire them. He told me they serviced their vehicles every 5k miles and were good about making needed repairs before they got too bad. What does this mean to us? Nothing. I tend to take people at their word, you may be different. I know it has obviously been well maintained and I gave it a full service when I bought it last winter.

i've been a ford tech for 20yrs now,the ford 7.3 was the best diesel engine to date!!! they will run on anything chuck.thats a deal & a half.change oil & filters & you can expect 500,000mi the ave is 15-18 towing or not.

Well driven by a comment by a prospective buyer today I feel obligated to show some pics of the undercarriage. Is there spots of surface rust, yes. Is it corroded badly, you be the judge. I have my opinion.










Not bad for an under carriage from MI that has been untreated.
