Thumbs up to Alpinestars!

I crashed a few weeks back and had about a half inch seam come apart on the middle finger. I called them up and they told me just to send it in and they would check it out. Just got the glove back today and they fixed it for free, no questions asked! Considering how long it took to ship it there and back they must have had it turned around in a day or two.

You don't see all that many companies with good customer service these days and on here you mostly see the bad stuff so I figured I would post up about it since they took care of me so quick. Thanks guys!

velcro

Does anyone else have a problem with the velcro patch on the AStar suits as far as not being off to the side enough? I end up grinding down the actual leather even with my puck at the very edge of the velcro.

I have the same problem on my RC-1 I thought it was just because I have little chicken legs and my suit could afford to be a little tighter in the legs even though it fits perfect every where else

i used to wear the gp plus gloves and bought the gp tech when they first came out, they seemed to run a little larger, but all my other gloves were L these were just too big, so i called up the race/support division at alpinestars to ask about the sizing, told them i had always worn a L and these were too big, he said yeah they run a little larger, a medium would fit you good, i said well i wore them once, he asked if they were still clean, i said all the white is still perfect they look like brand new, he gave me an address to ship them too, i sent them priority, within a week i had a new pair that was sent overnight to me, i have alot of alpinestars stuff, and thats why
