Onboard bullet cam system deal - racer discount

After seeing a lot of interest and receiving a lot of requests for a group buy for the bullet camera systems we have, I've decided to go ahead and offer them at a discount for racers until we run through the current stock we have on these units.
You can use coupon code "racer" in the checkout to subtract $25 from the total making the total price $235 +ship

Thanks!

I have one of these set-ups.

Here is a couple of links to videos from Talladega.

I didn't know this at the time, but the camera was set on medium quality so the video feed could have actually been better

1) Bullet Camera.... I drilled 4 holes beneath the air intake duct. I used velcro and zip ties to hold the lens in place.

2) Microphone - zip tied to the fairing stay to keep and interference from the motor and wind noise minimized.

3) batter pack - put it between the gages and windscreen on top of the air duct.

4) camera itself. I made a cheap and easy plate out of steel with a hole drilled through it to mount it on top of the triple tree where the brake fluid resovior mounts

pics of my mounting

Picture 1) Camera sitting on cheesy bracket. nothing more than sheet metal painted with one hole drilled through it. Not to mention to small circles of industrial velcro.

Picture 2) Bullet camera mounted underneath air intake. Velcroed for axis adjustability, and 2 times secured with zip ties.

Picture 3) Top view of battery pack. It is velcro-ed to the top of the intact duct.

Picture 4) Profile view of the battery pack sitting on top of the intact duct. Note the zip ties holding the batteries in place, a must.

Picture 5) Microphone in fairing stay, this would normally face the inside of the biek with a zip tie, but this was put on just for show and tell.

More mounting

Here is the wad of wires zip tied together because I like neat and orderly. I put a zip tie through another zip tie and use it to fasten the wad of wires to the bottom of the head light mounting hole.

Sorry for the crappy focused pictures, my newly built tire race is blocking one of the fluorescent lights

thanks

Thanks for the pics man! I was going to do the bullet cam similar, lots of velcro, and zip ties to ensure it stays there. Any problems with it so far??? My only concern was possible usung the Pitbull Stem mount stand and it getting in the way

Looking good with the mounts!

The recorder will accept up to 2GB at a time. It comes with a 1GB card which holds about an hour of footage at the highest res.

You have to take it off the front stem stand if to mount the camera. But No problems at all.

Have you tried mounting it off center under the air intake so you don't have to remove it when using a stem stand?
