Two 2003 Championship Winning and Lap Record Setting R6 Motorcycles w/ Spares&Extras

These bikes were ridden by Matt Wait to a championship in the Formula USA series in 2003, and also competed at many AMA events. These bikes set many lap records in 2003, and held them for years to come. These bikes were given to us by Yamaha, have the original Certificates of Origin, and have never been titled. The bikes are in clean condition.

The bikes and spares included can be viewed at the following link:

Condition Report:

1 Bike is perfect and ready to be ridden. 1 Bike shows a check engine light, but runs and sounds fine. Chuck Giachetto worked on the bike with the 'check engine' light in the summer of 2007 and believes it to be fine. During the time which we raced the bikes, this condition also existed.

Must have been a long time ago...our current database goes back to 2004, and I don't see anything listed for you....someone with your same name from Ohio did buy an Icon helmet though!

Sorry for your hard feelings, if there's anything I can do, let me know....

Later,
Sam

To each his own. I know they lost my business and anythime I hear anyone say the name I tell my story. I had ordered a set of sharkskinz for an '03 Honda 600rr along with other odds and ends. (about $3-4 grand worth) The bodywork was on backorder since it was for the new bike. He told me that and I said ok, lets keep it on order. Well a couple months had gone by and I had received all of the parts from KD and the bike was complete except for bodywork. Keep in mind it was two weeks before the race and I had already pre-entered. I talked to Hotbodies and they had just released their bodywork. I called KD and asked about the Sharkskinz and when they would be available. KD called Sharkskinz and then told me another month. So after explaining my need for bodywork now and that Hotbodies has it, I asked to cancel the order. I was put on the phone with I guess the owner? I hope so. He the preceeded to tell me that I cannot cancel the order because they have already paid Sharkskinz. His tone was not so bad at this point but he was in no way helpful. So I told him I would call him back.
I called sharkskinz and explained my problem with their vendor. The lady was soo nice and told me that KD is full of shit and that they haven't paid for anything and it was no problem to cancel the order. She told me she would contact KD about this problem. About 10 mins later I got a call from KD and the guy started calling me a pussy for canceling my order. He told me I was wasting his time and cursing left and right. I hung up on him and had to write my CC company to get the money back, which I finally did. So in my case FUCK KNEEDRAGGERS!!!!!

The order was under

To Pat and SVDude...thank you for your support, it is sincerely appreciated by myself, and everyone else at KneeDraggers.

To Steve, first, I'd like to apologize for the way you were treated. With some help from our computer dudes, I was able to pull up your order from an archived database. I can assure you that I never to spoke to you on the phone, or personally offered the lousy service you received. Because of situations like you are describing, alot of things have changed at KneeDraggers since the time of your last order, including our ownership, management, and nearly all of our employees. Hopefully, this has had a positive impact for our customers.

As a racer, and a human, I do understand your feelings. It seems I am 4 years too late, so all I can do is apologize for our past dealings, and thank you for giving us a shot in 2004 with such a nice order.

If you ever decided to give us another chance, I'd be glad to personally help you, and offer you a $50 credit, no purchase required, towards anything you may need. Buy a $20 part and see how our service is....but dont try to cancel it!!! (just kidding)

See ya at Summit & VIR, or if you decide to take me on the offer, just let me know.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Sam L.
