It's funny that after the 'episodes' with the Grizzlies,
you should use the word "stout"...

Anyway, none too soon, you now must step forth from
the darkness of the shadow world and take the reigns of
leadership on this august thread, as we face challenges
ahead and possibly behind (as you can bear witness to)...

Now then, the entirety of the two-wheeled moto world
has been asking: where are the wheels, and why is
there a shoppe in England selling the Dream of the
Wheels?

Answers, BK, we require answers, after you finish your
Guinness, of course...

I'm a very good driver!

I have perused those depraved, misguided verses, and can assure all who may worry that it was not I who had that romantic interlude with the Grizzlies...

That person lurketh here...and make a MOCKERY of all present!

That person is well known within these words...a dancer, a sorcerer...a conjurer of water from the heavens!

I smell a rat.........!

Perhaps a shower may take care of the issue?

The Real Issue!

Why, look you now, how unworthy a thing you make of me. You would play upon me; you would seem to know my stops; you would pluck out the heart of my mystery; you would sound me from my lowest note to the top of my compass; and there is much music, excellent voice, in this little organ, yet cannot you make it speak. Do you think I am easier to be played on than a pipe? Call me what instrument you will, though you can fret me, you cannot play upon me!

We are ever so thankful for your safe return! We never worried for one moment, nay, not so much as one iota of doubt, that you would survive the terrifyin' onslaught of the Grizzlies, that is, should they...errr, him?.. have done such a dastardly dark deed! We knew our BK, Captain at the Helm of the Durrani Wheel Mystery Investigation, would stand strong and not bend or wilt under any pressure! Like the biblical 'prodigal son' returning, we should prepare a fatted calf, perhaps a small bear, in tribute to your homecoming...A rat, you say? King Rat, possibly? Just point the finger and the omnipotent forces of the Durrani Wheel Thread Brotherhood will rise as one to strike down this reprehensible rodent in our midst!

Charles....a King Rat indeed! Your prescience preceeds us all....a seer...a visionary through the dark, bruised and sullen storm clouds of looming madness!

I had premonitions of a dream coming on...soon...maybe tonight sometime,
it's difficult to say, but something is happening and, besides, the Moon was
doing strange things the other night, I felt...eclipsed by larger events and
spinning, as it were, like a gyrating wheel gone berserk, unable to right myself
in a churning sea of doubts, confusion, mixed messages, and high hopes...
to comfort myself, I has two cups of dark coffee and small stale donut holes,
which reminded me of my time spent in the Gulag, the small donut holes were
all we had to eat for months on end, frozen stale donut holes, the bane of anyone
held in strict isolation, not to mention the broken teeth and sore gums...

Perhaps some good will come from this as we struggle to comprehend what has turned out to be:

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The good? This thread.

The bad? This thread.

The ugly? This thread.

Perfect, a trifecta, the unholy trinity as it were...

Much too simplistic! Something this complex, this grandoise, this compelling,
this meaningful, this bizarre, this....comedie bouffe...could not, my good man,
ever be summed up in three simple words, however they are arranged...

We must now wait for BK to charge into the breach, stout in hand, dutiful
and courageous, able to penetrate the thick walls of secrecy and sorcery
erected by King Rat.

BK shall summon us forth when he feels the
call to illuminate the situation and to expound
upon several perhaps innovative breakthroughs.

Patience, Brethren of the Great Durrani Wheel Thread!

Wheels can't just...appear out of nowhere!
Wheels can't just...fall from the sky!
Wheels just can't...flow like water!

Think, gentlemen: how long was it until mankind made a wheel?
The best scientific minds reluctantly agree that the first wheel
was made about 5500 yrs ago, in Mesopotamia by Durrani's
ancestors...imagine how long people waited for that, possibly
145,000 years or who knows even 140 million years! Now then,
I'd bet you that they paid in advance, or guess what? Right,
no wheel for you, and that meant hump hump hump to the market
or out into the boonies for whatever, you think about that, think
about how goddamn sore and blistered your poor feet would be!

Now, soon, BK will announce shattering breakthroughs that could
see all of us gliding along on these ultralightweight mega-mag
wonders from the GDW&TF. Stay tuned.., but more importantly,
start dreaming of your wheels tonight!
