I borrowed a buddies race bike for this season, as I wasn't able to find a well set-up 636. Bike rides smoothly, with no known issues. Yamaha R6 2008 - stock engine - Bazaaz system (TC, QS, Map switch) - ECU flashed - Ohlins damper - Shock ELKA Stage 4 (145lbs or 175lbs) - Front Ktec spring with ELKA piston kit (145lbs or 175lbs) - keyless ignition - keyless gas cap - frame sliders Woodcraft - Engine covers - Akrapovic Ti full system, canester carbon fiber - race rear set (China make) - brake lever protecter - safety rear light with switch on triple clamp - Optimal Racing bodywork (black) - front and rear stand - set of warmers - 2x gas jugs - Eextra set of wheels... just not sure of the rear wheel if it'll fit the bike. I know the wheel is a different year model. Just never got to use them. - **few odds and ends for spares** $6000/USD neg. Bike ready and very perfomante to race in CSBK (Canadian Suprbike Series) or for any trackdays. ** bike was ran on the dyno this past wknd at the CSBK and pulled on 114.94 ** Bike is in Saint-Basile-le-Grand (15min from Montreal) QC, Canada. I'm looking at Illinois and North Georgia. Buffalo NY would be great, cause if I go for the Illinois bike, I should be crossing that border between Canada and USA ... well a little detour but worth it to help deliver a race bike to a fellow racer. P.S. Made a little video Monday of the bike running... a walk around it. Just need to find time to upload it on YouTube.
By the way, the 114.94hp is on 91 pump gas. We only have 91 octane here in Canada, except for Petro-Canada that offers 93. So imagine what she could do with any other race fuel
Reminder, I can deliver nearby the North West coast, if I find the right bike for me. Would like to buy a bike by October 9th (long wknd for us up here)
Forgot a few things: rear sprockets 46-47-48 So to recap: Yamaha R6 2008 - stock engine - Bazaaz system (TC, QS, Map switch) - ECU flashed - Ohlins damper - Shock ELKA Stage 4 (145lbs or 175lbs) - Front Ktec spring with ELKA piston kit (145lbs or 175lbs) - keyless ignition - keyless gas cap - frame sliders Woodcraft - Engine covers - Akrapovic Ti full system, canester carbon fiber - race rear set (China make) - brake lever protecter - safety rear light with switch on triple clamp - Optimal Racing bodywork (black) - front and rear stand - set of BRAND NEW warmers - 2x gas jugs - XT lap timer (if he tells me where it is) - Extra rear sprockets: 46-47-48 - Fuel pump to remove gas from tank (home made and it works great with no damages to gas tank) - Extra set of wheels... just not sure of the rear wheel if it'll fit the bike. I know the wheel is a different year model. Just never got to use them. - **few odds and ends for spares: levers, rear sets** He's VERY negotiable, especially if I drive it down, when or if, I find myself a bike in the States.
21397 km on the odometre = 13295 miles Suspension was refreshed in July this season and the rear shock was completely overhauled and revalved with new specs... all for the new springs for my wait 175lbs. Pics available @ 514- two 3 four - 7 six six 9
