Looking into buying a late model GSXR 750....The newer the better, street trim or race trim, title status doesn't matter.

I've seen that listing for a while now. 6 month old ad. I've tried to work with that seller in the past, but no deal. I've found new '18's for $9k. I'd rather have a fully prepped race bike or a good, clean street bike.....Gonna be a race bike regardless. I have more trust in a reputable 'racer's bike and/or a new bike, than an auctioned off salvage bike. Been there done that too many times. I already have fresh Ohlins 30's, Penske triple, wheels, etc for it.
I've toyed with moving on to something else. Mine is 2011 I bought with 1900 miles on it in 2014. Has a bit over 5k miles now. Has been street and track bike though not converted back to street the last couple years. It also has a lot of parts you might not want for a pure track bike.
