Probably for a few races. If he goes well, the possibility is good. A few Motogp riders will be looking for rides next year also. Looking like musical chairs for pro riders everywhere.

You're making a bold assumption here that I pay attention to team names/sponsors.

 

That would make sense. They were committed to supporting him after dropping him off the factory team. A Yamaha privateer team was offered that factory Ducati support first but had to turn them down.
