Resurrecting the CBR-600.....gave it wings like Redbull. Some are speculating this is just a hold-over until the 600 gets the RR-R Type-R spec treatment the 1000 got.

I knew Honda was lost when they rolled out the much anticipated new cbr 600 in 2005 Iirc and it didn’t have a slipper clutch and weighed 440 lbs. It just spoke turd to me.

Why would they do anything but slop on some lipstick on the pig? 600cc hyperbikes don't sell and why invest tens of millions in an all new one?

Jazz up the dinosaurs of rock and send them out on another tour and try and generate some cash. Works for KISS, works for Honder.

 

I can only share my experiences. At the time I was working for AH and I know two of the development riders. I don’t have to be a turd to know what a turd is. But if you want to tell us all, how well this bike performed against the competition, please do. I like to be informed. Oh and dealer orders that year at the the dealer meeting in Vegas were underwhelming. So..............Tell me it wasn’t a turd.
