I just got some Armour Bodies for the R6. Not sure what to paint. Is chameleon too garish? I like the Red Bull F1 matte navy, that's kinda nice. Does anyone have some inspiration to bestow upon me?

I'd definitely have a "different" primary color, something the manufacturers don't typically use.

I saw a really cool one on an IOM TT trip. It was a Honda CBR and the paint job was just like you took a black and white photo of the original factory paint, then used the B&W "negative" to do the paint. Must have had huge time/money put into it, but it was pretty cool/different.

IMO. If you want it to look "pro" you need 3 colors - primary color, secondary color, and accent color. You could paint the first and second, then use decals & striping for the third. For less paint work, paint only the primary color and use vinyl for the secondary. Figuring out a paint scheme that's a solid balance of looking good without too much work is way harder than picking a cool color at the paint shop.

can also do a primary and secondary with good decal graphics. cheaper, cleaner, and looks good if done right.

Send it to someone reputable and let them have at it. Then save up to replace said set.
