I'm getting a set of bst wheels for my 08 750 but the front has the 5-bolt pattern (it's the 06-07 gsxr 600/750 design) and I also want to buy some aftermarket rotors. I'm looking at Brembo rotors but could use your advice on what to get. Thanks
Braking or Galfer. FWIW, I prefer the Braking SK rotors over the Galfers. Had problems with the EBC rotors not holding up to hard track use with some customers. And, like you mentioned, Brembo.
The first idea is usually the best one. (Just like on taking a test) You question should be do I get the Hp rotors or the T drive ones.
I have had Brake Tech iron that were great and Brake Tech iron that wrapped very quickly. Brembo, never had a problem.
used brembos for YEARS, never had 1 issue EVER! Plus it supports my buddy Fred @Yoyodyne! GREAT customer service. I have also used ABM's and LOVE how light they are and performance is great...but personally i'd go for ABM for looks/light weight...or Brembo's for outright performance.
Brembo, then later Brembo then Brembo..... Seen a bunch of guys that buy all sorts of disks, and NONE of them brake better than my setup with oem rotors.... then I took a ride in a proper SBK, brembo entire setup. and I discover I had bicicle brakes... My setup is R1 calipers RJLs brembo master lines
