I'm getting spoiled by spending a lot of time riding and crashing an XR100.

Is there any full-sized (track worthy) bike that comes close to its durability (engine and tip-over)?

Venom51 John Deere Equipment Expert - Not really

They all crash pretty good. I've rarely seen one that doesn't successfully crash when improperly operated. :D

The 03-06 600RR's were friggin tanks!

    V5 Racer Yo!

The ninjettes seem to crash well with the exception of the rearset mounts bending/tearing loose from the frame. Fender washers to the rescue. :D

It seems that crash durability is directly related to speed, thats why the XR100 fairs well. Going with that theory the Ninja 250 comes to mind.

Usually it comes from exceeding the limits of AntiGravity & Traction.

fair question. On the XR, it's because the consequences are almost as low as the bike's performance potential...

I'm trying to mitigate at least the financial consequences on a bigger bike so I can rationalize riding just as hard.

I think my standards are too high and my budget is too low... maybe I should stick with the 100 :(
