Looks as though some of Californias residents are tired of the bullshit: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cn.../orange-county-sanctuary-state-law/index.html
Maybe they're wising-up to the fact that all the elitist politicians who are facilitating the influx of illegals which brings poverty and crime to their neighborhoods all live far away from the messes they're creating. Life is still good in the gated neighborhood.
According to retired Federal judge Napolitano, California has the right to make their law concerning their ordering LE within that state to not call ICE when an illegal is being released from any jail however, the state cannot order any LE entity from publishing a list of ALL prisoners and their date of release. This should stop the state's threat of arresting any police commander that informs ICE of a release. For my way of thinking, the leadership of that state are the most despicable mofos in this USA. What the fuck are they trying to do?
If they had the power then they wouldn't piss their diapers when there's talk about no federal funding. They're still dependant. If they want to be under their own control from a to z then drop that piece of shit state off at the next long stretch of empty highway. They are nothing more than the red-headed step-child that we feel responsible for providing a home to live in. That hell-hole should have been lit up many years ago.
“Governor Jerry ‘Moonbeam’ Brown pardoned 5 criminal illegal aliens whose crimes include (1) Kidnapping and Robbery (2) Badly beating wife and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize (3) Dealing drugs.
I’m surprised it hasn’t been brought up yet. Anyone else loving the irony of CA peeps going after OC since they voted to not follow the sanctuary state laws? Hold up ... so OC is now bad b/c they “think they’re above the law” by choosing what laws to enforce and how, after having it voted on TWICE???? Can’t make this shit up.
Ad San Diego to the list of cities bucking the States sanctuary city laws. Good deal. “Enough is enough! Governor Jerry Brown needs to follow the laws of our Constitution,” Board chair Kristin Gaspar wrote on Twitter. https://www.nationalreview.com/news/san-diego-sanctuary-lawsuit-trump-doj/
