I propose no rule changes for this year, I think last year ran pretty smooth.

NFL opening weekend is September 10th.

I just like to pay up ASAP. I know how it is on the other side trying to collect money from people for "fun" events, and a root canal probably feels less painful sometimes than getting money from folks. So, just trying to make it easier on the Commish.
