  5. What makes you think a man who is the current Congressman, former Governor, former Attorney General is going to serve actual jail time?

    My money says he doesn't.

    Senator Koella in Tennessee was sentenced to 30 days of community service for killing a motorcyclist and leaving the scene.

    I'll take bets, if anyone's interested.

    He will not serve time in jail... I bet he gets probation.

    As for Sen. Koella...

    had a guy working for me at the time that is pretty well connected in the TN Republican party(calls Don Sundquist Uncle Don if that helps ;) ). His opinion was that Koella was either drunk, on drugs or both at the time and that it would be covered up. Hmmm, he was right. :(

    By the way, the signs never went up naming the new highway for the Senator. We can thank the AMA for the Terry Barnard campaign. :cool:
