How you like em? Hot, or cold?

Me? Cold. Straight out of the can. I always push past the weenies and eat the beans first and weenies last. Gotta save the best part for last.

    I love beanie weenies.

Either. The way I ate em as a kid was put the open can on the wood stove. I like the chili one too.

The same beans with the picture of the little jalapeno in the corner are the world's most awesome legume! Beanie Weenies are good too. I only eat them in the woods though. Usually cold but sometimes heated over the fire.

ya, the jalapeno ones are the ones i eat.

If you go to my fish camp (a beach house that sits on a creek on one side, and the beach on the other) the pantry is filled with only this and cornbread mix, and the freezer has only meat in it, since my wife never goes there.

    backcountryme Word to your mother.

Ranch style are AWESOME for canned beans. Still prefer good ol pintos slow cooked with a jalapeƱo or two and a huge hunk of salt pork. I have to admit that some of the maple beans up here are pretty good though.

I would pick good cassoulet over every other legume dish other that Indian Dhal or Haleem.
