What are some good lap times for VIR North for V7?

    Go look on mylaps.com
2014 and 15 would give you a good indicator.
But right now with only a few running V7HW and not sure any V7 racers made that race.
    V7MW is wide open.

Believe it or not VIR is one of the only tracks I've never run. Sorry I can't help but the best lap time is .002 in front of the guy who finished second.

Ok so here it is i just went to mylaps.com
Now dont want anyone mad at me.
But i pulled Normans lap times from 2015 just cause i know he raced there that yr.
So some who no longer race may be faster but not much cause Norman is fast at any track.
    So there is your answer.

Thank you! I can pull a 1:47-1:49 consistently at about 85% of my ability....or old man nerves!

I did a 1:38.9 there once on my F3. I crashed pretty hard a couple of laps later which would have been a little faster lap.

Yes you did... I remember :), we were both battling it out, that was fun.

I remember some incident with a chain???

    Anyway...

North course 1.39-1.40 back in the hey day, Bridgestone Slicks of course.

Lance Yager set the bar originally on his ZX6R, 1.38 I think or maybe lower. Greg Johnson was another one that was below the 1.39 mark when in the zone.

    Fun, I miss it.

Yeah my lap times that weekend was not good. Was having radiator issues and was overheating severely! Just trying to make it through the weekend without killing the motor.

Weird, it looks like mylaps doesn't have any WERA results from 10/12/2005->5/2/2009

that's what I meant. searching for wera vir or wera and scrolling through a bunch of pages shows a big gap in the dates I listed.

So big question is is anyone actually going to show up and race V7 this yr?
MW no one ran a full season and showed up at GNF.

I would like to but the two tracks that are near me don't have any races anymore... Summit has been off the schedule for a few years and now there is no VIR either.
