Well, you're not going to bop down to Starbucks in your Tesla at will, but that's kinda the point.

Medical care is very close to par with the States in terms of quality, and a fraction of the cost.

Some inconveniences, but that's the price of cheap living.

I think SS would survive just fine if the fuckers in the gov' would stop using it as their piggy bank to fund their bullshit, and leaving behind nothing but a stack of "IOU"s.

Interstate commerce

 

Import/export tariffs.
InterState infrastructure.
Proactively upholding the Bill of Rights.
Citizenship.
