Anyone here ever repaired a TZ250 Power Valve Pulley?
    Pulley 1 (USA)
    4DP-1132E-00-00

I have several that are out of round and the cables won't stay in them.

Anyone have a favorite technique to repair them?

Welding, JB Weld, Inserts? Fine re-drilling and machining the groove, etc. Just wondering if anyone has done this with success (or failure).

    Thanks!

what about designing some new ones and having them made, like what the guys with RS250 aprilia / RGV suzukis are doing?

I may go that route...was also wondering how much interest there is in these and how many to have made. From my novice view of machining...these are not overly complicated. Could even make them out of steel or something non-aluminum and they'd last forever maybe.
