A few hours, but I think it’s cool doing on a “more” period correct bike. I’m curious what the power and weight were compared to Evel’s.
Ginger Zee from GMA interviewed him the other day. He said he wanted to keep in the spirit of what EVEL jumped with. Eventually she's going to be there .
Meh. I’d rather go watch the local stunters downtown. Oh wait that was ten years ago already. Go Evel.
Lol then he better find a bike made in the 70’s with dual shocks and 35mm forks..... and abut 40 less hp
It's a 3 hours block of time.....so, you'll get 2 hours 45 minutes of pre stunt bobble heads......5 minutes of stunt action....then 10 more minutes of bobble head recap.
As long as the build up shows the original jump, provides some cool history and behind the scenes into than it may not be too bad. But if it's just crowd shots and idiots talking about nonscence than no thanks.
I am thinking the DVR will be the right solution for this. Easy to fast forward past any parts of the talking head crap that I want to skip.
"The Spirit", is saying that he is not doing it on a purpose built motocross bike with 10" of suspension travel at both ends. The Indian flattrack bike looks more like the Harleys the Evel used.
Technically Bubba Blackwell already beat the records on an xr750 harley years ago. Also got the wrecks as well!
