Looking for trackday setup tips and tricks, bike specific gadgets worth adding as well as ones to not waist money on. Primarily suspension setup?

-What do you like your sag set at frt/rear?
-How many notches/lines do you have showing on front forks?

There's some good info on the AF1 forum in the racer section, but first thing: Have the suspension serviced, sprung for your weight and pace, and maybe even the valving adjusted by someone familiar with the tracks you ride. (In the northeast/mid-atlantic , Metric Devil Moto would be my suggestion)
IIRC, 3 lines showing in the front, and up several mm on the ride height in the rear was good for geometry.

If I still tracked a Mille, a quickshifter and a better slipper clutch would be on my wish list, after the usual rearsets & clip-ons.
