Over here in Dean's World there is This Article about the 1st lap shenanigans of the Superbike race. Did y'all know that Geoff May rides for M3 EMGO Suzuki and finished 5th in the 200? Almost as accurate as an early article noting that neither MV Augusta finished the Superbike race even though Matt Lynn went back out and finished the race after changing the front tyre. Thank ${deity} that we have JU around. -steve
How about the pic of rapp, barnes, duhammel and HAYES on the banking yet the caption says 'zemke' http://www.superbikeplanet.com/image//2007/usa-superbike/daytoney/8/1.htm
That site is a joke. They will do anything to get the story out first even if it means nothing in the story is accurate.
It could be a series of unfortunate typographical errors induced by a week of wide-open reporting and writing and related fatigue. Human error is possible in this case...it might not actually be a conspiracy.
Quite possible. Why, just try proof-reading this sentence: How about the pic of rapp, barnes, duhammel and HAYES on the banking yet the caption says 'zemke'
Cannot be worse than the broadcasting or race calling at Daytona. It sucked. They missed the first lap crashed, could not get the riders straight. Did not noticed Miladin going down until after the fact and only after recongizing that Miladin was out, they figured out that Hayden had crashed. I could have enjoyed the raced if they had "Boston" songs on.
Or instead of conspiracy or typos, its a by product of shoddy "journalism" similar to that of a high school newspaper.
