This will be my first year racing WERA and I was wondering where is the best place to buy racing rubber. Also I was wondering what tires you recommend for a Honda F4i. I have currently been using Pirelli Diablo Corsas on track days. I know much of it is personal preference, but I'm really looking for the cost effect solution. What I'm trying to say is that I'm really cheap and dropping $350.00 on a set of SuperCorsa's every weekend is going to break me. Thanks John
Well, I ran Dunlops for years because they were cheap for me. Then I tried a set of Super corsa's and they were so much nicer then the Dunlop's that they were worth the extra dough.
scounge the pits and ebay for takeoffs. I have bought some by some expert racers that have one or two sprints on them for $100 - $150 a set. Keep in mind, lots of guys use 2 rears per front. I order a set + 1 extra rear.
