Hey lizard84, care to run through our tire speil? My ranting dissertations are getting a little weak and rusty so I need the practice.

Get race or sprint compound Avons from Lyn Garland at Vintage Specialties or Rick and Lynne Breckon at WERA Vintage.

 

You should be proud of me. Won GT-3 at Mid-Ohio on avons...

Opps, AM 23 on rear, Stone BT-96 on the front.

Don't lose hope, I'm 1/2 way there

 

And I thought I was confused running avons on the rd and "stones" on the rz.

 

Congrats, dude!! A new front tire is just a stones throw away. OK, so that was really stretching it.

I run them on my street bike (rz). Tey're not as bad as you might think...
