I read this a couple days ago. Such a sad situation. The most troubling part to me is that the people who want to change back are shunned by the LGBTQ community. Reminds me of a former colleague, a lesbian woman, who told me about the lesbian community shunning female lesbians who were transitioning to male. It must be devastating.
Crazy as it may sound it makes me think of soldiers that are used by our administration for cannon fodder on the front lines of some bureaucrat's war, only to come home broken and stricken with PTSD only to be tossed aside and left as a homeless vet living on the streets.

It wasn't his fault he was robbin the store... they ought to not have money there... then there wouldn't be no robberies.
That was not where my line of thinking was going. I think I was just more struck by the fact he had 10 siblings...assuming I heard that part right.
10 siblings isn't horrifically out of line... we don't know the differing potential babymamma/babydaddy convolutions that arrived at such a figure. What IS out of line, at least in my world, is to have 20% of ones siblings perish by gunfire. I live within ~50-60 miles of here... I've never even seen anyone brandish a weapon in anger. Perhaps they have a familial proclivity for putting themselves in situations with high bullet flux readings? Edit: Before one of you math geeks throws down on me: It is unusual (in my world) to have 20% of a set of siblings to perish by gunfire... or, if one is part of that set, to have 22% of one's siblings perish by gunfire.
