Tire issue or trying for fastest lap which is a point.

He just said in the interview that they didn't have any tire issues. I'd have rolled the dice knowing that Bottas had an issue.

They do it every time they have enough of a gap to try for the fastest lap point.

I probably slept through one third of the race. Huge shot of adrenaline in the final five minutes, though!

Her accordion game was tight, though.

 

I have been waiting for the whole “pitting with under 5 laps left to get the fastest lap” to bite someone in the ass.

 

Too bad for Verstappen but the right choice at the time.

Next week should be interesting with different softer tires.
