    here we have a BAR Guild member who is not a elected official somehow over ruling an elected official, in this case the President (again)

    this is just one example of many as of late but the problem is vastly more of an issue than just one active BAR member interfering with one POTUS.

    we hear terms like 'Deep State' and Shadow Government' but I think most probably think these are the same. anyway, lets see if we can get to the bottom of this..

    what gives such an unelected official the right to over rule a duly elected one?

    Just hang one or two for their treason to the constitution and the problem will solve itself pretty quick.

    The President needs to assert that the judge has overstepped his authority. At the very least no stay should be put in place.
