I saw 40% black support for Trump reported this week. If accurate, that's impressive. I believe he got 8-10% of the black vote in 2016. If he has that kind of minority support and they turn out to vote, this blue wave is about to crash well short of the shoreline.

 

There's a large black middle class out there that isn't so easily fooled anymore.
Old habits die hard, though.
