Tear-Offs - How do you mount them?

Looking for good methods as how to mount the tear offs so they don't flap like crazy in the wind.

I know some racing orgs don't allow tear offs and there have been big debates about the use of them, but I'm trying to avoid that with this thread.

I did some googling/searching etc and came across an interesting video:
