What do you base your opinion on?
Lack of future support/parts? Or just not a good machine?

    MSRP was @ $17,000 iirc.

    I’m a buyer at 6,500

At least you can't see it while you're riding it.

Yeah the looks are polarizing, I haven't decided whether I could live with it. God knows you couldn't sell later.

I think it’s a good machine. But I would be suspect about support and parts. In all honestly I haven’t followed the aftermath. I guess if your local dealer still does service and has parts.

I think it looks good and would be a fun bike to ride on the street or the track.

That's my worry. But it would be nice to have something unique.

That the one with the Aprilia engine?

    Steeltoe What's my move?

That's more realistic. It's not a classic, not special in any way. Taking it out of someone's inventory would be doing them a favor.

It's Rotax derived, not 100% sure about other ties. The website claims American built powerplant.

    No Buell's had aprilia engines.

    Definitely not American built engine.

Rotax makes them (or made them)

I wouldn't worry about the motors lasting. They are solid when stock.

I'd be worrried about stupid little stuff being unavailable.
