wtf....these things are harder to find than mercy in Davek’s soul.

I have to replace bulbs in the brake light assembly of my trailer. Where the hell can I get this bit?

    Thanks in advance!

Check the screw and make sure it doesn't have 8 points instead of 6. A lot of trailer manufactures use an 8 point screw that accepts a #2 Robertson square bit.

I bought a set of tamper proof torx bits from one of the big box stores. I think harbor freight has them too

Yep, I went through this too when I needed to replace some of the "cab lights" on my trailer. Turned out to be the square bit.

In the red box, what is that "Y shaped" thing for? Wing nuts that are overly tight?

Yup, called a double square. Never heard of it until i had to replace or remove some of the exterior sidewall on a trailer..
