Did not see this posted, but this might help some out with MC issues.... Have not seen it posted on the official Suzukicycles site, just a few message boards. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=426850 http://www.sttforum.com/showthread.php?p=108268 Suzuki GSX-R RECALL: any customers with the bikes listed below, please contact your local suzuki dealership. parts will be able to be ordered in starting 11-4-13. "All new or Used 2004* to 2013 GSXR models" 1000 : 2005-2013 750 : 2004-2013 600 : 2004-2013 "Suzuki Motor Corporation has instituted a safety recall campaign to replace the front brake master cylinder. The brake piston inside the front brake master cylinder of some motorcycles may not have received adequate surface treatment to prevent corrosion. Corrosion of the brake piston generates gas, which may not be adequately purged from the master cylinder due to the side position location of the reservoir return port. To ensure customer safety and satisfaction, dealers will replace the front brake master cylinder and brake fluid. Technical Service Bulletin: Servicing information regarding this safety recall will be available in a Technical Service Bulletin the week of October 28, 2013. Parts Availability: Dealers will be able to order the necessary parts to perform this recall campaign beginning approximately the week of November 4, 2013. Adequate supplies of parts will be available at that time to ensure your ability to service all your affected units. Your dealership may immediately resume retail sales once the recall campaign is completed. "
ok I swear I checked...... now I see a thread on it.... sorry...Admin you can delete my post... Here is original post. http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?t=311600
Edit the edit. Is it yes to delete or no to delete, or yes to let it slide, oh well obviously I'm confused.
I'm here, waiting for the results. Does the recall include the titanium spacers? 3 yes, 3 no. Keep voting.
I'm conflicted. On one hand she's hot....but she's on a Suzuki. On the other hand voting him a winky removal seems wrong but he did in fact repost. So conflicted.
But it is about a Suzuki recall..and look at the brake side of the bike looks aftermarket to e:0... Winky removal not required
