mine popped off, face looks like hamburger, and 8 staples in the dome. Thought it was on good.

I remember the video of that guy at a race/trackday a few years ago that ran into the back of a bike, that happened to have a camera on it, and when he hit the ground on his butt his helmet flew off! Somehow he didn't hit his head when he tumbled. Unreal.

 

And I thought Dustin losing a glove last weekend at Roebling was bad...

 

I remember that too. I think it was the cool down lap of a trackday on the front straight at NJMP.

Street, started as a tank slapper, I must not have had it buckled as well as I thought. Helmet has always fit well. It took the initial pavement hit, then came off, helmet, mesh jacket and mesh pants are toast, boots and gloves a lil worse for the wear. Road rash left leg and all up left arm, forehead, and back right of head, back left got the staples. Picking up the bike today and will assess damage.
