Steak Torch

    It's just a griddle pan, if you plan on living where you are living for a bit get an exhaust fan, if money or space is an issue get a box/ compact fan, and point it out the closest window on hi, sucks the smoke right out

    I bought a searzall b/c I thought it would be cool. Used it time on a few steaks. I didn't feel like it ever gave me anywhere near the same effect as a pan sear.

    Was going to make a smart ass comment, but just sear a steak in a pan, 1st world problem solved, after 2 months in a 1/3 world country, I'm tired.

    I agree....a proper flavor crust should be done like this....not blasting it with a propane torch.
