I fully support bringing grizzlies back into CA. Especially if we can engineer them with lasers and a ill temper. And turn them loose in LA, SF, etc...

 

and then let them loose in NE Illinois (and portions of central and SW Illinois).

That was my contention as well. Every person who signs that petition should receive their own personal grizzly bear.
