I used to be able to sleep in on the weekends, but nowadays, I am wide awake at 6-7 and can't go back to sleep. All these years of getting up from 4:30-5:20 have put me in a bit of a rut. The occasional chance I get to nap usually ends up with me reaching for the phone for entertainment and I won't actually sleep. It's a welcome change from chasing a 6 year old all weekend, though.
