Shorai Lithium Batteries and Charger

Shorai is another option for lithium batteries to use in your powersport vehicles. Available from Riders Discount in a variety of shapes and sizes, capacity, and left/right polarity options, there's bound to be a Shorai battery for your vehicle.



Also available is the Shorai charge and store battery management system (sold separately). This has a store mode and a charge mode. The store mode is optimized to maintain the Shorai LFX batteries for best lifespan and performance. In this mode, you can set it and forget it until you're ready to ride.



The charge mode charges at a 2A peak rate, while simultaneously balancing all the internal cells within 30 minute to 4 hours, depending on the state of the battery.

I run these in a total loss R1, and use a 7ah recommended is 18ah i think. bike starts easy and can run for 4 20min sessions using starter no problem. (i popped the fuse to charge one day, though it was charging, it was not). best battery out there.
