shock spring compressor

    I didn't want to spend hundreds either, so I built one out of odds and ends I had lying around. Probably less than $20 in parts. I've used it three times so far and it appears to be holding up well. I keep it on a work bench, but I could also toss the parts in a box and keep it in my trailer. Start to finish, takes about 20 minutes to change the spring. Shock is a KTech DDS Pro.

    We used to use one of those big pipe clamps since we had a ton of them in our countertop and cabinet shop.
