What company do you guys use for shipping Motors?

It will be going from Cleveland, Ohio to Nashville, TN.

I checked UPS, and it didn't look that bad. But will they ship a Motor that has been crated up?

I ship all my motors via forward air. You must take it to the nearest forward are depot (a big airport) and the buyer must pick it up at the nearest tp them. It would cost 70 bucks to send it from Ohio to Tenn!!

That is who I was thinking of using. I looked at thier website to try and get a quote and it said like 200 bucks from what I put in. I was wondering if it would actually be cheaper tham that though.

Do a search on me and my rubbermaid method of shipping them (that sounds dirty.....lol).

I shipped an SV motor that way for under $60(I think it was...) via Fedex Ground

I would highly recomend not to use UPS.
last motor I recived that was shipped ups was crated and droped out of truck.they repacked in carboard box and delivered to me broken.that was in July, still trying to collect money it was insured for.
forward air is better and cheaper in my experience.
