    I am not up on the latest sailing news anymore, but came across what looks like to me, a new race series, SailGP. Foiling catamarans, teams by country, like the old A1GP Series. Not bad. Tight courses, good computer graphics to aid in coverage.... although the high pitched whistle with onboard coverage could be eliminated....

    Although I still like monohull racing better......

    I'm pretty sure that's Larry Ellison taking his ball and going home isn't it?

    He's not Fielding a team for the next Americas cup. And since they're going back to monohauls the Ellison boats would be going into the scrap pile as far as ac is concerned.

    Toe, there's a video from the fall of the testing of "the mule" on YouTube. Search the mule on there. It's pretty cool. Zipping around up in Rhode island.

    There are 2 teams entered from the USA for ac36

    Closed course match racing is it's own level of bad ass when it comes to sailing
