Hey guys help me out! I am making my R6 street bike ready to race and want to make sure I haven't missed anything with the safety wire. I have covered the basics, but just want to be sure there are no hidden things on the bike I don't know about. Any tips on the front axle & pinch bolts would help too.
    Thanks, Mike #888

The more things that are saftey wired the less things you have to check between races to be sure they are tight. Makes it difficult to get to things quickly in the pits but I would rather spend some time in the pits getting a bolt out than having it come out on the track.
Something people overlook is the thermostat housing and the cam chain tensioner. I recommend doing header bolts, I think they are no longer required though.
