A guy up here bought one to race against a few Monster620's and a couple motards. This is the same guy that cried about my 580cc R6 being "unsportsman like"......

Impressive Datenschutzerklärung on that thing... 690 KTM in a custom chassis???

As much fun as stuff like this looks, I'm not much of a mechanic and my racing $$$ is best spent on a bike that's gas and go (and not blow up). I see an R3 and/or FZ7 in my future.

That going through the gears thing on the stand is frightening. Its sorta funny how many people are stand snobs, but ive seen countless huuuuge money bikes on those 100 buck handy stands. I even have one. George beales 166 at lemans is always the example i think of.

I don't know for sure though most of those conversions are Rotax singles.

Doesn't BMW use Rotax singles in their bikes?

The first one is a KTM early LC4 660cc.
So my newer version 690 should fit as well.....;)

And there is a "project' Aprilia RS250 in the 2 stroke section in Joe's thread.
