Give me a day or so and I’ll post some links with step by step instructions for most of this and supplement with additional drawings and instructions when I get to an actual computer. For a basic pfSense and Ubiquiti Unifi setup, its very straight forward.

I think it is like $10 or $11/month. That's why I bought my own. It's paid for...except now the damned Ruskies are forcing me to consider replacing it.

 

I was paying $10/mo for mine, so once I was settled in I bought an Arris modem for like $75, since I already had a decent Linksys wifi router.
