Stock1000 grid isnt that small, 16 riders, same as the Supersport grid.

    That's what we all thought:crackup:
Guys in race leathers for 4 hours just to fuel bikes was pretty funny

I get the feeling that will be the norm soon, I think you'll see more junior cup kids go straight from there to stock 1000 or from twins to stock 1000.
It definitely seems like more club racers are riding 1000s than 600s these days

Heading down this weekend with the kid. He's excited to see live racing for the first time. Since it's been a few years since I was at NJMP, where would be some good spots to sit and watch the racing?

    Thanks guys.

    Between corners 4&5 good place.
Lots of overtakes there and you can turn your head around and see them in the 9 though 11... :)

    Enjoy

You can walk around and check from different vantage points. I like to watch the SB start inside turn one and then watch there for a few laps. Once the field opens up a bit, walk over to the chicane for a different view. The bleachers at the tight left hander (turn 5 or 6, forget) are usually good for some passing. The bleachers over by the bridge probably offer the most viewing of the course and are right along the high speed switchbacks that lead to the right hander going under the bridge.

  14. Damn. Rocco clicks off a lap 4s quicker than his previous fastest with about 3 min to go in the session.

  15. Looks like track may be damp which explains my above post.

Cam likely mops up here again.
    1) Cam
    2) Jake
    3) Fong
    Maybe swap Fong and Jake

SS, this is Brandon's home track. If he doesn't beat Richie here, he likely doesn't this year.
    1) Brandon
    2) Richie
    3) Xavier Zayat

Landers doubles up wins and I'm rooting for Blake Davis to podium in Junior Cup.

Anyone notice the speeding infraction listed on the bottom of MA live timing? Looks like Gilbert and Simmons were caught speeding. Is this a fine?

  19. Ya a fine if they dint have a ton of previous infractions.

    That sucks.

Thank god for pit limiters! Who would have thought, you can get a speeding ticket in a MA event..
