Rotax engine parts

    I've exhausted my search on the net looking for this part so I'll ask you guys. I'm looking for a source for metal replacement gears for the two plastic oil pump gears on a Rotax 650 engine such as the engine in the BMW F650. The plastic gears tend to occasionally lose some teeth. I've been told that metal replacement gears are available. Help me. :eek:

    Didn't Can-Am / Bombardier use that same motor in an ATV? They might be a source for parts as well.

    I have talked to both Rotax users you mentioned plus I called an Aprilla dealer. No one seemed to have any idea of what I was asking about.
