Anyone know if the clutch lever from an R6 interchanges with any other bike out there? I'm asking because the OEM part is ~$35-40. Also, do any rear brake levers or shifters interchange with the R6? I think dealer is ~$100 for a replacement shifter and ~$60 for a rear brake lever.

I did find that the brake lever from a '96-99 GSXR 600/750 is the same. (Nissin caliper, they're all the same) Anyway Lockhart Phillips sells these levers for ~$5 sure beats the $55 Yamaha OEM replacement price!

    TIA!

Steve, check with Marietta Motorsports (1-888-FASTLAP) They have most levers (clutch & brake) available for $10-$15 and they're a great bunch of guys.

PLEASE DON'T USE THE LOCKHART $5 LEVERS!!!!!!!!!!
I HAD A NEW, NEVER CRASHED ON LOCKHART BRAKE LEVER FAIL AT THE TRACK!
It was at Nelson Ledges. I had just pulled in from a practice and decided to bleed my system. When I first pulled in on the lever, it snapped. The lever itself was fine, the internal piece that pushes in the plunger just broke, rendering it completly useless. During inspection, I noticed that the metal was cheap and full of bubbles and flaws. I threw the other 3 spare ones in the garbage.Ever since, the stock price for a stock lever was fine to me. Stock Yamaha levers bend, they don't break.
