Legends of the Old West is super ushering if you like history, specifically if the old West. Well researched, good production, super interesting. (To me) also "meateater", "bear grease", and "Cals week in review" if you are into the outdoors on a serious level. All the ones in quotes are part of the meateater podcast network so you can find them in their website or on Apple etc

 

Flagrant. Don’t listen if you get offended easily. Or try Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast. They had a few episodes with Louise CK about presidents that was pretty good. Shane might be one of the best comics out right now.
