Had a GREAT weekend! Thanks to Russell & WERA for putting on a great event. I can't wait for the next one
I'm a bit slower than RRW...... but here it is. Video done soon. (onboard with Tommy Wilson and Myself) http://lwtracer.com/roadracing/wera/2015-rbom-sv-challenge-results-zayat-dominates-the-weekend/
http://lwtracer.com/lightweight-rac...nge-race-video-on-board-tommy-wilsonsamwiest/ VIDEO I have Darrell Emerson's on-board video, if anyone that was around Darrell in the race has some video, get it to me so I can combine them.
I love reading the race reports and seeing the videos on the site. It's done with thought and probably lots of time.
Uh, looking at video, I really need to learn to launch the SV..lol Looks like 298 is caught in quicksand...
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who participated the SV Challenge. A very fast pace with no crashes in a 30 bike, one-wave race was pretty special. A big thanks to Evelyne, Sean, Emily, Sublet, Mr.Microphone, all the other officials, the cornerworkers, and anyone else involved for their help in making the race happen. Also thanks to anyone who took the time to watch the race. We had a talented field of SV riders show up with quite a few current and future stars in the mix. Congrats to all for pulling it off. Cold Beer!!! Russell Masecar
I was the only one running a 180 in the top 10, rest on 160. So there is your answer, 160 still remains top dog. Grasshopper in 11th was next guy on a 180. http://lwtracer.com/roadracing/wera/2015-rbom-sv-challenge-results-zayat-dominates-the-weekend/ EDIT: Scratch that, Curtis Murray was also on a Pirelli 180/55 slick.
